They’re a dynamic duo!

Raili, our librarian, and Katie, our Nutrition Services Associate (who also steps in as a paraprofessional), spend much of their day supporting students in Mrs. Ross’s TK–3rd grade classroom. Although both are new to our campus this year, they’ve fit right in and quickly become an important part of our Mountain family.

Raili brings the library to life. She helps students find books they love, creates a warm and inviting space, plays with kids at recess, and even opens the library on rainy days, so students have a cozy place to go.

Katie keeps our students fueled each day by serving breakfast and lunch with kindness and care. Her willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed makes a big difference—not only in helping Mrs. Ross stay organized, but in supporting students throughout the day.

We are so grateful for the energy, heart, and dedication these two bring to Mountain Elementary every single day.
